The price of install was very cheap, but certainly not cheap work. Couldn't be happier with the job Tim has done. He spent extra time to make sure everything looked factory and flush. “The owner of this place is a truly kind and honest human!! May 2021 we had a tire start to delaminate on the highway in our Airstream Interstate. It was the first day of a planned two week trip to Utah and Arizona. We limped it here, but unfortunately he did not have the tire we needed. Nonetheless, he went above and beyond to help us and didn't even want to charge us because he "didn't do anything"... He literally jacked up our van, installed our spare tire and helped us find a place that could replace our tire on short notice. Without his help our trip would have been over. That is not doing nothing. He has no idea how grateful we are to him! Next time I need tires, I plan to drive all the way from Kansas City to patronize his business.”

“I rode on my motorcycle from Austin to Forney to visit my son. Before I got to Forney apparently I caught a small rock in the radiator and developed a leak. I was unable to find a replacement so I called Forney radiator to ask them if they fixed motorcycle radiators. They said yes and I was skeptical. Took the radiator off took it to the shop and they had the radiator fixed within 30 minutes and only charged me $50. On top of that they had a 3-day backup but since I was on a trip they got me right in. Highly recommended. Friendly and knowledgeable and just straight up good people.”

When I went and need to replace a couple, I found a match set, that had about 95% tread left and it coast 1/3 the price, if night new. Never used the wrecking yard, so I cannot speak to that.”

“I had brought my VW into a shop down the street (won’t mention any names ) for a small oil leak. They came back with a laundry list of problems , with an estimate well over 10k … thank God i decided to check out Hugo’s for a second opinion. It turns out that literally NONE of the issues that the other shop pointed out were causing the problem, and all were unnecessary to fix. Hugo’s mechanics found the real issue (oil pan) and completed the repair , plus a sensor for less than 1/10th of the price. They definitely won my business for all car repairs for myself and entire family. Thanks again!”
