“So far so good. Michael and the crew at Benchmark, treated me like they knew me for years. I dropped off my class A, to have quite a few things taken care of and they said that they would keep me up to date, and inform me of anything else that they found and they would call me for authorization on each item. Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Update, I couldn't be more happier than I am with this company. Mike called me if there was anything I needed to know, they finished the coach way before the time he said, the cost was surprisingly low. Respectful of the inside of the coach by putting down heavy plastic runners. They definitely have a new customer. Thanks Mike and the pit crew who worked everything out on Buster. GREAT PLACE TO GO!”

“For the last few years I had been saving money for a Mercedes S550 or Audi A8. I had heard of the Genesis brand but had not considered it seriously. I called Genesis of Irvine to ask if they had any certified used G90s. They had one. Spoke to a gentleman named Omar Younis. Omar sent me pictures of the car ad explained the car's features. Living in Canoga Park, the dealership is 67 miles from my home. My wife and I drove down the next day to look at the car. Omar met us and let me test drive the car. Then we sat and discussed the cost and maintenance. Not only was the dealership a beautiful facility, everyone there was extremely friendly and professional. Omar was the perfect salesman for me but I am very critical with issues related to customer service. The car sold me when I drove, but Omar's demenour and support made the deal.I also have to give credit to Rami, the sales manger. Rami worked with me after the sale to address some minor cosmetic issues with the car. I am very please with the car's looks, the cost, and the performance. “I woke up with a flat. Called just about all major tire shops in the springs. All of the quotes were $125-300+ higher than tire king. Everyone else seemed inconvenienced by my need for help. The day had been very rough for me. As soon as I walked in the shop they flipped it for me. I was immediately greeted with a place that makes you feel like you’re among friends with jokes and smiles. I figured I was going to be there 2+ hours nope less than an hour. With a much needed quote to come back for more work. Most mechanics brush women off as not knowing anything about vehicles. “I bought tires online and they fit me in to install them for my wife's mercedes, after a few days the right rear tire was losing air, I took the car back to them and they discovered a Crack on the rim which is common for low profile tires. The gave me the number for a repairman (Ricky), we scheduled with him to meet at the tire shop and they unmounted the tire from the rim and mounted and balanced it when the repair was completed. They went above and beyond with customer service and definitely earned my future business.”
