“Great experience. 3 year old car wouldn’t start even after putting in brand new battery. I was stranded in Wally World parking low. Called for a tow through ford roadside, the driver called me back, gave me his status. He had a car on already but offered to stop by and try to help me jump it. Wouldn’t jump .... nothing. We spoke briefly and decided to take a quick look at the starter. Long story short, we found the problem and got my car running. Just got to the shop to get repaired. What more could you ask for? I mean the guy was knowledgeable, friendly, communicative, and prompt. I avoided a towing charge, and was able to give the shop a good idea of what the problem was. Great work West End!”

I spoke with Darin at Rome's on Wednesday, and by Friday he had already had the replacement part delivered. I stopped by for a 15 minute visit and it was fixed. Other than the fact that my car got damaged in a hit and run, this was a totally pleasant experience. The repair exactly $8.53 less than what we thought it would. “Sam Jackson’s is the one of best body shops in the Columbus area. Their honesty, paint matching, and quality of work is second to none. They make sure they use OEM parts when other body shops will not. When my 2016 Honda Accord got hit in Honda R&D parking by another vehicle, the vehicle looked better than before the accident. It is so difficult to paint match and blend, but they have it down pat. After that positive experience, I asked them to paint a Corvette ZR1 spoiler for my Z06. I wanted a perfect paint match as it is a show car, needless to say they hit it out of the park. I’m glad to have a body shop I can trust like Sam Jackson’s and look forward to doing more business with them in the future.”

“The photo of the location is obviously old! The buiild has a pretty green. I was here 6-05-2020 the guy that owns it said he's had cancer and was open only a few days a month. He said they closed closed after a fire and the building was repaired (it looks nice). He lost all his equipment, but still working a few days a week until his new equipment comes in! he no longer will be selling used tires. As we were chatting he got two calls and is still assisting customers anyway he could, which is how I ended up going to a repair shop up the road from him! He was telling me people call all the time. Mostly from I10 or US190 and he is thinking about purchasing a roadside service truck! Just to help people that get in a bind out on the road.... Next time we come through from Miami, I will stop in just to say hello.”
