Although I am not local, I was able to remove the assembly and send to them for repair. I spoke to Chris who walked me through the process and gave me a price range for the repair of it could be made. They came in at bottom of the range and turned it around in a couple of days. My 5 stars are not enough. What blew me away was the Customer service. Chris called to let me know they received it, then called with diagnostics amd estimate, and again to let me know it was done amd shipping. NO ONE does that anymore. “I went to Joe's after 3 mobile mechanics FAILED to properly repair my wife's BMW. First when you tell people you own a BMW it's like a boat:" Breakout another thousand " or we are unable to work on it (Thank you Aamaco). Anyway, Joe not only did the job correctly he did it at 1/3 the cost and gave me a military discount. Anyone that says Joe and Sue over charge should get their head examined!
