“After hitting a deer, Baker's towing was very courteous, professional and went the extra mile to ensure my vehicle was prepared for review by our insurance company adjuster. I had a very difficult time with the insurance company and the body shop in terms of arranging for repair. The communication was abysmal and it seemed as if I would never get my car in a place to move forward. Three weeks later we made progress. I can't speak to the quality of body work or collision repair but I can tell you that the towing process for me was exceptional. While I doubt very seriously I would ever have my vehicle repaired here I am very grateful for the towing staff and how I was treated.”

“2nd 5 star review but much service on my Tacoma by Frisco store. Caleb and the team helped me decide on a suspension that suited my needs that I could not make a final decision on my own. Finally gave it over as I always do because they have always been right. On pick up, I drove down the block and my Tacoma was prefect! Exactly what he said to me and what I exactly wanted. It was stiffer as I wanted and it reacted exactly like I wanted it! Conclusion: I wasted a lot of time trying to figure it out myself vs, just listening to Caleb and the team in the Frisco store in the first place as usual. The team in the store was/is always engaged in the situation at hand which is great because I always get educated every time I walk in which is fun and what all this 4W is about? Long review, but what this Frisco store and all of the employees has done for me, and my especially for my truck is, well part of why I feel the Tacoma pride. “I contacted Mr. Eddie through a recommendation of a good friend of mine. My car was acting up and I thought the alternator was dead. He gave me a very reasonable price by phone, after asking me if I was sure that that was the problem with my car, I assure him that alternator was the problem. I agreed to his price and mentioned to him that I have to rent a car, so I can use that to give a jumpstart to my car. He immediately offered his assistant to send someone to assist me with that, so I could save some money. I was really amaze for his offer and became emotional hearing that there are still good people out there that making money is not their first priority. I must say, He had never met me, and he did not know me. He has gained my trust, first with his really reasonable price, second showing me his good heart.
