Phillip was my representative and he was patient and calm even though things were backed up and there were some employees out that day. Phillip treated me like a VIP. But we think it is important to have all of the facts presented so people can decide whether or not to do business with us. We did say that it would take approximately 2 weeks to complete the repairs when in fact the vehicle was here for 6 weeks and 3 days counting weekends. While it was longer than the time you were told and the time we wanted, it was not over 2 months as you stated. We did encounter unexpected delays which we are sorry about, however you were provided with a loaner car to help compensate for your inconvenience. Another fact which you failed to mention is that you were given a full refund of your $1960.00 deposit even though we spent over $2000.00 in parts and labor on your vehicle ( and we gave you the new parts ).”

“I've been here twice. The food was great at the restaurant. The parking lot was clean. Security makes sure that you have reserved a parking space. There is a bar in the building also with a decent atmosphere. There is a hotel attached with access to the truck stop via a hallway. I did see some sketchy people on my first stop here. Overall, a typical truck stop in my opinion!”
