I brought the car over, and Mr Green was exceptionally helpful and professional with checking out the car. He did a couple of checks, and did the scan thingy (I don’t know much about cars), and provided me with useful information about the car I was considering buying. Seriously? Then someone said I should call Rick at Quality Care. Professional and friendly, he answered all my questions. He also helped me through the process with my insurance company. I couldn't get in or out of my driver door, which was of course unsafe besides being a pain. He worked me in and worked with my insurance company to get it done as fast as possible. The ins co took longer than he did. My Nissan Baby looks soooo good, and I felt like he took the time to make sure it was done right and I would be happy. I took my wife’s Fiat in for repairs and I really appreciated how they provided such a detailed estimate for the recommended repairs with photos. They had a lot of work but still got it fixed within a week. The other places I went to before said that Is have to wait three weeks before they’d get to fixing it.
