“I can't say enough good things about this place! Awesome, friendly staff! They replaced the rear window on my 2006 f250. They were able to schedule my appointment for the very next day. They installed a dark-tinted rear window with a brand new gasket. My truck was in and out in about 30 minutes. They did an awesome job, and everything including the taxes only cost me about $320!! I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them!”

“I called because I noticed coolant leaking. I was told that all I need is a reservoir cap. I did notice that there was fluid back near the thermostat area and I asked about that. I was told that was because of the loose cap. I’m no mechanic but it seems that not much was done to check for a problem. He quickly did some type of pressure test…and was like “yeah it’s just the cap”. Today my car is still leaking coolant. And I’ve been told that it probably is the thermostat. I paid $85 for Joseph to tell me to waste money on a cap that I did not need. Follow Up: Joseph did reach out to me regarding this issue. He did offer to come back out to fix the problem. I would have let him but I had already found someone else to make the repairs. He refunded me half of my diagnostic fee. I really appreciate Joseph reaching back out to me and attempting to resolve the issue. I must say that is excellent customer service. Thank you, Joseph.”

While at first this was concerning because really...who should be forced to work with a belly ready to pop, but it turned out that she was doing just fine and wanting to push quality customer service. “Could not be happier with the service I received. I was driving a U-haul from Pheonix to Las Vegas and while filling up my gas tank, realized someone drilled a hole in the tank, gas everywhere. The guys at Fleet first turned this absolutely nightmare of a situation into no big deal. Was absolutely shocked with the high level of service I received and how quickly everything got done.
