“These guys are great. Darryl and Bob have stored multiple RV and boats for me over the past 18 years . They are much more than a storage yard, they are my pit crew. I bring the unit back after a weekend and they get it ready to go for me for the next weekend. They have done maintenance of all kinds on all of my vehicles up to and including heavy diesel work. “I wish I could give them 10 stars. The receptionist, Natalie, is not only friendly, but knowledgeable when corresponding. Steve had my diesel diagnosed in a short amount of time. They went above and beyond exchanging previous faulty parts that were put on the vehicle…they were proficient and timely in replacing the correct parts ensuring my truck was running 💯 when i picked it up. With a history of this diesel being with 2 other mechanics over a period of 4 months, both of which did not have the technology to properly diagnose, I would have been thousands into it and still chasing the problem. I’m grateful and thankful for Belback being honest and dependable and guarantee I won’t be taking my diesel anywhere else!!”

“I'll sum this up quickly. Cassens in Edwardsville tells me I have a rod knocking in my 2012 ram pickup and a replacement engine was 11,000 dollars. I called around to a bunch of places to see if I could get one cheaper and auto tech actually came out to my house and listened to it a determined it was not a rod knocking. I had it towed for free from my insurance there and 4100 dollars later it was fixed and runs great plus he kept the parts to show me what had failed. Excellent and trustworthy place to take your vehicle. Plus everyone there is super nice.”

After talking with Ali for a little bit we did a video call to look over and listen to the bike. He made me very comfortable with the way they run there business. The idea of sending a good chunk of money to a business u just met is not the easiest or most comfortable. But Ali made it a lot easier. We talked for a few days back and forth, then I pulled the trigger. From the time I sent the money to the time I got the bike delivered in Houston was less then 4 days. “Amazing service, someone shattered my whole drivers side window at 9pm. I called not even knowing whether my car would be fixed fast enough. Other places said I’d have to make an appointment. Hector said he was able to get my window in by next day to be installed at 9am. I was so surprised on how fast they were able to get the job done. I was still able to go into work early enough. He even was able to include fixing 3 little windshield cracks on my front windshield and on my family members car. Quick service and great prices! I highly recommend this small business.
