“This Jiffy Lube is run by some of the most caring, kind and compassionate people I’ve ever encountered at an oil change service. To say they go above and beyond is an understatement. I’ve been taking my vehicles to this location for nearly 10 years, and they never fail to impress. For example, and this is crazy, after a long road trip yesterday my family and I were unloading the car when we heard meowing coming from somewhere under the car, or was it the bushes? We couldn’t tell. Our neighbors even tried to place where it was coming from, but to no avail. The next morning, I went to their location for my regular oil change, and lo and behold…the staff and I heard meowing! All five staff members jumped to the rescue and after careful work they saved a very young and healthy kitten that somehow found its way into the wheel well, seemingly through the front grill. I’ve included a picture. He was quickly adopted and named “Stash”. This place is run by very decent human beings to say the least…oh, the work they’ve done on all my cars over the past decade had been fantastic.”

I needed a fuel pump and *NO* other shop that I contacted, would even look at my vehicle for a week or more. Other shops in town were "all booked up" and couldn't possibly fit us in. Seriously??? You are telling me a family with 6 kids, hundreds of miles from home, stuck living in the Del Taco parking lot is less of a priority than Granny's BMW that needs some brakelight fluid? I may have been born at night but it wasn't last night. H&M not only got me in that morning but they had me back on the road by mid afternoon. “I recently purchased a 2012 Mini Cooper S which needed some serious paint correction. Although low mileage the paint was not maintained through previous ownership of 9 years. Drive-through car washes, poor detailing jobs and paint neglect was clearly present. In an overly saturated market like LA I was a bit intimidated by the many detailing shop options to choose from, especially since most shops are focused on a select demographic/social status.
