“FIVE STARS Was going about my normal day about to head into work this morning and my tire was flat. 0 psi flat. I couldn’t even limp it to discount tire. My insurance didn’t cover towing either. A representative discount tire mentioned “Freedom Tire Guys”. I was expecting to be told a price way out of range but I have them a call anyways. The man on the phone had a genuine tone. He quoted me a price that was so much lower than what I was expecting, it felt basically free. He said they will be with me after they finish a job. Sure enough about a hour later, I’m receiving a text that they’re 10 away. Next thing I know, my tire is off of my car and inside of their truck and maybe 2 minutes to by and my tire is back on my vehicle. I’m bookmarking their website and sending it to all friends and loved ones because in an emergency, this is the kind of service you pray for. Thanks guys, merry Christmas”

I had been putting off getting my rims done for a while now and just recently found out that I had two bent rims thanks to the horrible road conditions in Albany. I dropped my car off at the end of the work day and my car and rims were ready in less than 24 hours. I can't say enough about the job that Elite Wheels did. The rims were absolutely perfect, my rims were straightened, and every single fine detail was put into the rim. I attached a before and after picture. “We recently went in for a window replacement. Upon installation of the first window the manager noted a very small imperfection in the glass. To be honest, I believe it would have taken some time for us to notice it. When we went to pick up the car she walked us out and showed us the issue. She said she had another window ordered and set us up with another appointment date. No charge at that time. This blew me away, that is incredible customer service in my opinion. Something the installer or company had no direct control of, and they just took every step to make it correct. When we went to get the replacement window installed they took the car in quickly and replaced the window in a timely manner. When we went to pick the car back up I was surprised to see they had replaced it with actual factory glass and not the typical replacement. Again, incredible customer service. I can't say enough good things about how they took care of us. THANKS!!!”
