“Would like to say thank you. I had been through an issue with Firestone the last two days. I came to APA upset and stressed that Firestone had my truck for two days and ended up not attempting to fix my brake caliper. APA took me under their wing and assured me they will and could fix the issue. I left relived that I was going to be able to get back on the road to El Paso. After checking in they offered me transportation if I needed it. I actually took the ride back to Firestone to pick up the borres car I had left behind earlier. Mind you, they were booked and busy although Within hours I received a call with a detailed explanation of what the issue was and the way forward to fix it. Upon approval, within hours I was called and told my truck was ready for pick up. Cleanliness was great, customer service was amazing, truly felt like I’ve been going to the wrong places for repairs. Quality work, with great customer service is a win in my books”

“I had a 32' RV that blew a wheel bearing while on I69. After doing what I could to be able to move the trailer I contacted Bill's as they showed to be the closest. I talked to Gary who told me that he would do his best to look at it if I could get it there. After a very slow trip alongside of the xway we made it. I actually expected a rather long wait but within 45 minutes Gary managed to get it back to his tech's who started to work on it right away. We were back on the road in less than two hours from when we arrived and with a service bill that was totally acceptable and appreciated. One of the young men, Dalton, there brought his car around and the other awesome guy, Daniel, proceeded to jump my car to get the result of the dead alternator. “I brought my 2013 Hyundai Sonata in for a rattle in the steering column which at least according to online forums is a known issue for the car. R & I took it for a test drive and definitely heard the noise and then did the research to note there was a service bulletin for the exact issue. They obtained the part, dismantled my steering column and made the repair. They were knowledgeable about my car and performed the service as promised. They are expensive, but that might be normal San Rafael pricing as I just moved to the area. I will definitely use them again. They said they knew Hyundai's and followed that up in practice.”
