Instead of focusing on the problem, she began to offer solutions as I resolved the card issue: she was light-hearted and innovative in her approach; she offered me several wash solutions in a way that made sense and she was quite personable and charismatic about it. Star knew how to eloquently go for “no” in such a way that did nothing feel overbearing. I appreciate her assistance, and even though I did not enjoy the vacuums (low suction), Star’s customer service was so amazing that I had to leave a stellar review! “Excellent! Exceeded my expectations. It doesn't look like much when you pull up, and you can easily miss the turn in. It's right next to the AutoZone btw. There's no indoor waiting, just a few chairs outside. They're working with a high pressure sprayer and a shop vac + a lot of elbow grease. Could take a while if there's more than 2 cars in front of you. I might suggest calling ahead if you are on a schedule. But the owner is friendly and inspects every car before he hands the keys back. They're not perfect, but good enough Seriously, don't judge this book by its cover!”

I like the fact you could use dollars or slip your card. I ended only spending in 6$ for a quick soap wash down and good rinse. They also have vacuums there too.”

Its right by my work so its convenient for me to go regularly but i would even if it was out my way.
