(November 3, 2020, 3:36 pm)Friendly staff. Employees were all wearing masks ?. There are sanitation stations by elevator doors and any other door you might encounter. Reminders of wearing masks are also made public. The buffet was made available in a safe way. They have the cooks behind the glass and you pick as you wish. You are served instead of self serving. The taste is amazing , and waiters are super friendly and attentive . The arcade is available for all ages. There is a clothing shop besides the gift shop, in case you forgot any water gear. Life vests are available for children for free and towels are given inside the water park with wristband. The seating inside the water park is spread out and bundles of 3 chairs are made. Almost always were the chairs taken. But you have to watch them like a hawk to go to the next available. The slides have great thrill for kids and adults there's activities for small toddlers like story time and you can also go on adventures, like a quest, for the older ones. Great experience ? will come back!

(November 2, 2020, 7:12 am)Room was very clean. Staff were very friendly. Lots to do. We were double charged for our food but was easily fixed at check out. I love that the pool area was geared towards kids. Water was not very deep. Areas had one entry/exit so easier to keep track of the kids. Also, there were plenty of lifeguards and they were very attentive. I was super impressed with the lifeguard team!

(October 25, 2020, 2:26 pm)If anyone out there is looking for good deals for hotels check ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ made a reservation for a hotel on there and they had the lowest prices anywhere!
Super fun place. Great caring staff and lots of super fun slides. And the wave pool and lazy river were really nice. Much fun was had for sure. And super loved the decor all through the place. -

(September 9, 2020, 8:05 pm)Our family loves this location!! We go about twice a year. Have been here 7 times so far in the last 4 1/2 years! Favorite is the water park and dance party! Customer service is great! Employees always have smiles on their faces and always do the best they can to accommodate! Highly recommend one of the passes(pup pass, wolf pass, etc).

(July 26, 2020, 2:20 pm)We had a blast! Check-in to check-out and every minute in between was jam packed with fun and adventure! The water park is amazing and the staff was more than accommodating. The rooms are very nice and the lodge is HUGE, but it was so easy to navigate. We enjoyed our stay. A special shout out to our grandson for slaying the silver dragon. Magi Stryker you rock! Birthday #10 is in the books.
