“The best automatic car wash in Moreno Valley! This is a brand new automatic car wash that replaced the old outdated one. I have to say, the quality of service is top-notch and at the employees are super friendly. They have individual wash options or you do the monthly all-you-can-wash option starting at $20 a month and they also offer multi-car discounts. The wash itself is very good, they use Armor All products and the wheel/rim cleaner actually does a decent job. If you opt for the premium wash the wax and tire dressing makes your car shine. At the end they even do a quick wipe down of your vehicle, no automatic car wash ever does that! You also have the option to use the vacuums at the beginning or the end of the wash and get the medium to small debris in your car quickly with powerful suction. The value for money is great and I come two to three times per week because I have a black vehicle.”

“I had a good experience here yesterday that I wanted to share. My 2016 Subaru had been parked under a tree a couple of weeks ago, and some sort of tree sap had resulted in tiny dried-out dots all over the hood. I brought it into Ultra Touch, and asked them to look at it and let me know what they could do. Based on the representative's recommendations, I ended up paying for an Ultra Supreme wash and an Express Detail (about $40 total). When I got back an hour later I went to get my car, but all the tree sap dots were still there! I went to the nearest Ultra Touch representative, Kevin, and pointed out the issue. He was most apologetic and professional, and promised to take care of it immediately. He asked me to give him 30 minutes. When I got back the car was perfect, absolutely spotless. I was completely pleased with the outcome, and the way Kevin and Ultra Touch assumed responsibility for the issue and making it right. When I have similar car wash needs in the future, I'll go to these guys.”
