“I had a good experience other than getting lost trying to find the place. This place used to be located in Independence and when I called they gave me an address which was not correct but was on the correct street in Grandview. The day of my appointment I got lost but he did stay on the phone with me until I found them (they are tucked away behind a building). It must be a small time operation as the man I dealt with said I had talked to his brother on the phone when I made the appointment. I explained that I was planning on selling the car but wanted the interior detailed so I could possibly get more out of the sale. He reviewed my options of steam cleaning and extraction and even covered how long it would take to dry for each option--note it was the same price for either. He called me when my car was done and after getting there showed me the car and in particular the areas I had wanted spot cleaned and also gave me a reminder to leave my carpets outside to dry for a little longer as they required the extraction. It looked great! As an added bonus they washed the exterior for free--not detailing but clean. I have a Pontiac G6 and it only cost $75 to have the entire interior cleaned including the trunk! The only down side is that they do not accept credit or debit cards. I would definitely use their service again. ”

I appreciate that they had coffee, water, beer and wine for the customers to enjoy while waiting either in the lobby or the outside waiting area. “I used Wings Mobile detailing before and am just not leaving a review. Today, Anthony took care of my Jeep Renegade. I had excessive dog hair on the floors and the seats and a few stains here and there. Anthony did a great job getting my interior shampooed and cleaned out. The exterior looks pretty shiny as well. I also like how the workers are pretty easy and friendly to talk to, especially with Anthony. Thanks for letting me know about the loyalty card as well and it was pretty nice that you remembered cleaning out my Renegade months ago to lock us with that $5 off deal! Also, my roommate's car was right next to mine and he managed not to mess that car at all when he was doing the exterior wash part on my vehicle. My car looks and smells pretty fresh and clean. I don't really see the dog hairs anymore either. Thank you for your attention to detail, will definitely set up an appointment the next time I need some TLC on either cars I have.”
