As I write this review I am currently in need of their services once again...I just lost my cat last night...They are both very professional yet extremely respectful of your loss and the services you need. It is so important to feel like you are leaving and trusting your pet to someone's capable hands until the time when you can be reunited with their ashes. Tracy and Joe are both very compassionate, empathetic people. The are also very reasonably priced. They return your pet's ashes in a cute, basic wooden box, however, they have a variety of upgraded containers available for every budget if one so chooses. I also received a beautiful poem and heartwarming token with my pet's name and pawprint...They really help to make the best of a tragic life event...Consummate professionals...”

“I highly recommend United Brick and Fireplace! We were seeking a modern gas fire pit for our new home and Jeremy Goodwin was instrumental in helping us get the look we wanted. He understood the aesthetic were were seeking and was very responsive and professional every step of the way - from selecting a fire pit, stones and a burner that would give us the flame we wanted to an on-time delivery. Jeremy promptly answered all phone calls and emails throughout the process and was especially good about sending images and information so we knew exactly what we were getting. “After almost 14 years in my house, I made the decision to update my kitchen. During the planning phase, I visited numerous granite distributors to get to know different types of granite. At my first distributor, I discovered River White granite and really wanted it leathered; the leathering is done at the quarry before it goes to the distributors. The company I started with didn't have any in stock and really made no effort to help me find some (despite having multiple locations in their business. I arrived at Francini on President's Day and was immediately greeted by James. I told him what I was looking for and said he didn't have any in stock, but he offered me some alternatives that are from the same quarry as River White called Thunder White (in addition to exploring their HUGE site). He showed me a few options that were good, but not exactly what I wanted to enhance my kitchen. James chatted with me to understand exactly what I wanted (white/bright) and said he would be in touch. The NEXT morning, I had an email from James stating he had just approved a container of 49 slabs of Thunder White with a photo that was exactly what I had been dreaming of. It was much better than anything I had seen in all of my distributor visits. James had 14 slabs leathered from the container, so I could select exactly what I wanted. James kept in touch throughout the entire process (and even after) to keep me in the loop and know the current status and ETA for my granite (it takes time to get from the quarry in India to the US). When the slabs finally arrived, James let me know as soon as they were ready for me to come out to select the slabs for my kitchen. While I was there, I opted to double check to make sure I didn't want the polished version of these slabs, but I stuck with leathered because it just made me smile! Besides being helpful and accommodating, James went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I wanted. I have been telling people about James and Francini since the day I went to visit because I have been so pleased with the entire experience. I would suggest Francini (and James) to anyone who is looking to upgrade to Granite/Marble.”

“Walnut Hill’s Cemetery Staff, are very professional they treat you as though they are part of your Family, they will do all they can to help you, My grandparent’s we’re planning to be make Walnut Hills their resting place, but my grandfathers brother talked them into Wesleyan (big mistake). If, I could pay to have them exumbed I would, I pray every day for the big one, I know they would shout for joy, and my grandmother would say “What took you all so long” and all I could well Mom, that’s were you all had made plans to go, My Sister and her husband goes over there and lift up the headstone to keep it from sinking they have chipped a large piece off of it has not had it repaired, her son’s Brass Urn, they drive right over it he’s buried on top of my grandmother or lowered inside her vault some kinda way I can’t remember now but I know they were joined together he was very young. I was introduced to Tom through George Jamison and between the two they helped me take care all I had to do, when you really need someone you can trust turn to Tammy and Tom and Staff they are their for you and will go that that extra mile, I guess you’er wondering Why I never gave a review or rate never saw this post area but has referred many and they have been exceptionally pleased with their kindness, services and their means of support to them.”
