“Giving a review to a funeral home was at first an odd thought for me to do, but Butler Funeral Home deserves a 5 star review with the excellent service they provided to the Pestano family last week. Also, the community needs to know how good their services are. As the family always did in the past, we went to George Darte Funeral Home. Aside from they were not able to accommodate the days we wanted for the visitation, the staff we spoke to was kind of turned off when I told him that our dad had a pre plan, which was less than G.D normally costs. Things didn't go well so we decided to look around. Thank God for Google, Butler's was next to G.D online. We called and Kathy answered the phone. First thing we asked was, if they can accommodate the days we wanted. Voila! Yes, they can and we didn't need an appointment. We headed there as walk in clients. What I'm trying to say here is, there are better businesses out there like Butler's Funeral Home, who truly cares and emphathizes with you. They may not be as big as the other funeral homes, but that's the key to a quality service, which they gave us from day one to the interment. The staff were all nice and helpful. They paid attention to the details and little things such as opening the door for the family and guests. They also paid attention to the requests of the family. When our sweet girl Boston's time came Dr. Sue's scheduler got us right in. It truly is a gift to have your pet pass in the comfort of their home (especially during a time when most people are restricted from entering their veterinary office). Dr. Sue completely explained each process and allowed my husband and I to focus on Boston. We were both a complete mess and she carefully worked around us as we said our goodbyes. “Just finished our custom home. The service and pricing we received blew the competition out of the water. We went to two other suppliers for our stone, Arizona Stone and Site One, neither location gave us any information or provided pricing for what we were buying. My wife and I decided to drive to Apache Stone at the recommendation of our builder were told to ask for Sam. When we met, he was very kind, casual, funny and very helpful. We didn’t feel pressured like we did at other places. Sam gave us all the information, was completely transparent and gave us all the samples we needed to make our decision. He repeatedly said he wanted us to be excited about our choices, and even encouraged us to shop his competitors before we told him we already had. Anyways, 6 thousand square feet of stone and 3 thousand square feet of pavers later, our home is beautiful and we will gladly be recommending Apache Stone and Sam to anyone building a home or wanting stone or pavers.”
