I initially balked at the price of the Roaming Cloak but the design was so unique AND I could try it for 7 day free. I had to pull the trigger. This piece is SO cool. I’m putting together a whole outfit around it. The Adidas Tee is a beautiful piece of work. I had to exchange for the next lower size (runs big) which was a breeze and fast. It wears well. “This is the best Family Dollar store in Melbourne, FL. The employees are exceptionally customer focused, friendly and helpful. Every time I'm in this store and can't find something, the employees cheerfully walk me to the place to find what I'm looking for. Other stores I shop at employees are far from friendly and just tell you what isle to go to. Shopping at this Family Dollar is always a great experience because of the helpfulness of every employee. I've found items in this store you can buy for $1 that are sold at other stores five times the price. Family Dollar generic cold, allergy and medical supplies are as good as name brands. You can't beat the prices found at Family Dollar on most items. And most products I buy are available most of the time when shopping. I've been to other dollar stores and none of them are nearly close to the great shopping experience at this Family Dollar. The employees make this store the best shopping experience every time I shop. I love this store!”

“5 stars is seriously not enough. I messaged them to see if they could engrave a cooler lid. They were kind enough to let us ship it directly to them. Turns out the cooler had a dent and Kagen immediately let me know. He was willing to return it for us. The replacement also had a dent, and he let us know right away. We moved forward with the second one and we were able to pick it up. All of this was within a week. The response time was phenomenal and the customer service was AMAZING!!! It was a pleasure working with Kagen- I threw so many curve balls at him and he had a solution for everything. Thank you BKH!!”

I once needed a dress for a wedding ASAP and the manager pulled all of the dresses in my size and gave advice on would be most flattering, what jewelry to pick, and shoes. I have had experiences at other boutiques where I felt body shamed by the staff, but this has NEVER been my experience at Shoe Shi - they make you feel like family!
