“i had an amazing experience at this location thanks to kaiya! she noticed me wandering aimlessly around the children’s section (unbeknownst to me) holding shorts that ended up not even making it past my lower thighs when trying them on, and took pity on my poor helpless soul by offering her assistance. rather than simply showing me the size chart after seeing how hopelessly clueless i was, she helped me pick out multiple pairs of jeans in various sizes to help me figure out which one fit me best. she also helped me explore different styles that i was unfamiliar with, which helped me leave with the perfect pair of jeans that i never would’ve tried without her help! very happy with my experience there today, and her name is neat as well.”

We came across a very nice button up shirt, very nice quality, perfect colors--my husband purchased this shirt and still has it to this day--in perfect condition. That was the first we ever came across the Luchiano Visconti brand. Knowing how well his first shirt did I recently researched the company and ordered direct from them - three shirts. They have since arrived and my husband is very pleased. The customer service is great and even the presention was nice when opening the box when they arrived. It's nice to have good quality button-up shirts for men to be able to select from. So many of the options out there make me yawn. I appreciate the variety of styles that Luchiano Visconti provides. Definite recommend!!!”

Every isle we went through was fully stocked and completely uncluttered. There were many more tills open than my local store, which aided in the smoothness of customer turnaround. This store is the complete opposite to my local store, and is well worth the extra half hour travel time.”

“I went here on my birthday (January 27th). They had a DJ playing great music! It was party music and very family-friendly. The Store Associates are very friendly and open to help you with whatever you are looking for. The place is clean and all of the merchandise are well kept in place. The only problem was most of the escalators were out of service; so everyone had to share 1 escalator just to walk up or down to get to their desired destination in the store. That was the only issue. You had to stand aside to let the other person pass by you if they are walking up the escalator while you are walking down the escalator. That's how crammed it was on that 1 escalator; it wasn't great.. But you just have to maintain a sense of courtesy to others and eventually.. You will get to your destination. That's all folks!”
