The sauce is so good, and I think about it often, so often that my husband and I make it a point to stop by every time we come back to Sacramento to visit family. We are not currently residents here due to the military and have lived in multiple states and come back to visit when we can. They do not skimp on papaya and are so quick and fast with getting your order ready. I appreciate customizing spice level depending on how many peppers you want, and they do a wonderful job bagging your order without spillage, and even when you get a party tray, they wrap it up nicely.”

I have driven past their store for years, so I knew they've stood the test of time, but their sign said they've been in operation since the 40s. They must be doing something right, and I figured I'd give them a try. The staff is very friendly without any pushiness. I love that they fit so much selection into the store, very efficient use of space and plenty of options to choose from... my kind of place. I happen to overhear a customer returning an item. Staff handled it with no hassle and it just reinforced that I was in the right place. Price was great, comparable if not better than online. So while I'll never love shopping as an activity, you can bet that the next time I'm in need of something I have to try on in person, I'm shopping at Bill's. Price, Selection and Service... can't beat it.”
