“This is our second stop here in a week. Cheap gas prices attracted us the first time, but while we were inside, we decided to grab some cheeseburgers. These were THE BEST cheeseburgers we've had in a long time. The we're thick and juicy and so much better than any chain burger. They were also inexpensive, too. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed it so much that we stopped back by on our way home just to get lunch! This time, we got one grilled and one fried chicken sandwiches. Again, fantastic! It was obvious these were real chicken breasts and not some molded patties like at the chains. Two sandwiches and a 44 oz drink were less than $10. While the staff was different today except for one man, everybody was still very nice and helpful. Oh! And it looks like they're adding on our remodeling. It's nice to see a convenience store being improved upon while so many are falling into disrepair. I highly recommend Food Mart for gas and/or food. You won't go wrong. We'll be back again in a few days!”

“Was lucky enough to come across L&L on a drive to the Poconos and now return every time I am in the area. Its an old school deli, and the sandwiches are made with love. The owners gave me and my friends some delicious rice pudding to have while we waited for our sandwiches to be made fresh - slicing all of the meat on the spot and stacking it high on our rolls. Top it off with some homemade pickles and you wont be sorry. Highly recommend stopping in for the delicious food and the kindhearted staff. Cheers!”

“I booked a fishing trip with Gwin’s Lodge and had an incredible day on the Kenai River. Their guide Scott was eager to plan the trip around my desire to chase rainbow trout instead of salmon. Scott’s enthusiasm and tenacity to find these rainbows even during high water conditions was truly impressive. He used his knowledge to change out fly patterns multiple times until we found what worked. We had a 20+ fish day even with challenging conditions. I will definitely book another trip with Scott and Gwin’s Lodge. Great hospitality and excellent food after an epic day on the river.”
