It is so good!! Cleanliness is top notch. Customer service is top-notch, especially Frank. I love him, oh and I also love the female cashier , she’s quick , down to earth and she knows the neighborhood. Is her name tonya? So listen I went to the other krispy chicken locations and it’s funny but they all have a funny smell soon as you walk through the door, like a smelly 90° abandoned bodega … what is it ???? 🤦🏾♀️ the customer service is terrible,… they don’t even speak to you and if they do, you can’t decipher what they’re even saying because they don’t even try..idk guys I don’t like it 🫤 remember it doesn’t cost to be kind but yeah, don’t go to those smelly, “bodegas”, , the best fried chicken and all of our needs and daily convenience store items are here at Kennett express . 💝”

I often drive out of my way to avoid it but visit by necessity on occasion given its proximity to the somewhat rural location of our home. However, this location has one thing going for it and that is an employee by the name of Roman. Roman stands out like a shining light in his environment. He is always smiling and engaging. He is thoughtful in offering help like locating merchandise or bagging items with ultimate regard and consideration for the customer. He makes the experience smoother and more pleasant for everyone he encounters - I’ve observed this every time he is on site. I believe his talents are being wasted in his current role and firmly believe he would be an outstanding addition and asset to any organization smart enough to hire him. “This is not gas station food! I ordered the Greek gyro meal feta and fries. The gyro was packed with a healthy portion of meat and veggies. It felt heavy to pick up. It was served with a fork as well. The tzatziki sauce was spot on and the perfect complement to the lamb. The fries were delightful. Perfectly cooked and not over salted. I was pleasantly surprised at the caliber of the meal, it was like eating a fine dining meal out of a styrofoam to go box in the middle of a convenience store.”

“One of the cleanest and best organized Dollar Generals I’ve ever been in. They regularly get new home decor arrivals and keep their displays up to date. This store opened during the snow in 2021 and took cash for non-perishable food items. That alone makes this store 5 stars for me. Many of us were stuck out here with ice on all roads leading in and out. Being able to get enough food and water to get by was critical.”
