The sidewalks and other areas suffer from chronic neglect. That may not be the stores responsibility though so I don't mark the review down for it”

“It was my first trip to the new 711 near me. The store is kept very clean and the evening associates are always nice. They are always friendly and ready to help you find what you need. Thank you! The associates that work during the day however, are very impersonal. They hardly even acknowledge me on Christmas day. I would have expected much better. My experience on New Years Day was a much better one. The associate greeted me and wished me a Happy New Year. Thank you!! Thank you for responding to my review. My visits to the store have continued to be good ones. Thank you! My experience today was awesome (3/9/21)! “Today at 9:36 am my husband went in the station and paid for some monsters and gas. He realized 30 mins later that he didn’t ever pump the gas. So he called up there immediately and the awesome blonde woman working said she had saw him pull away and noticed he never pumped the gas so she credited his card with the money already. I just wanted to leave a review to say that is so awesome and I was so pleased with that! Not only did they give him the gas back I was very impressed that she was paying such good attention that she noticed before us. She was so kind on the phone when we called I wish I knew her name but I don’t. It was Thursday May 5th at 9:36 am and a blonde woman! “Nothing wrong with this location that I could see. Some stuff could use fixing but that is pretty normal for any gas station. They have competitive pricing for the area so I decided to fill up here. Customer service was fine. Seemed like everything was stocked well and I was able to find what I needed quickly. Overall nothing special though so only a 4.”
