“Although the map previously showed this place near the intersection of highway 42/22 and Raleigh Street it is actually located where 42 turns off of 22 at the intersection of North Carolina 42 & 22 about 3 miles up the road it was hard to find but well worth the trip as always Dollar general doesn't disappoint. The store was heavily stocked with merchandise they reminded one of the early days of Walmart when they used to stack from Floor to ceiling it was also significantly busy as it seems to be the only place in town to shop. As always staff is courteous helpful and friendly and everything was a great bargain anyone that's read my reviews before knows what a great fan of Dollar general I am and this store is definitely one of their better ones”

“i live near the gas station and it is what you would expect in a gas station. if you want cheap prices go to walmart if you want quick and cold drinks this is a pretty good spot. most of the people who work there are very nice and the owner is friendly. is it the ritz carlton no it is a community gas station that provides lotto, beer, tobacco and snacks.. yes”

“I come here at least 3 times a month. I don't go in each time, but if I have to the staff is always friendly. I'm so excited they updated their pumps. Now I can use my phone number at the pump with the Fuel Rewards program and get 5¢/gal off each time I go... I just use my phone number and I save on gas each time I shop there. I use my number even when I shop in the store for snacks for a discount on gas.”

“Most of the bad reviews of this gas station are people complaining that they had to wear masks and rude employees. I cannot speak on the employees as I have not encountered them, but wear your mask. It is the law. Help keep others around you safe. It is not that big of a deal to put a mask on your face in a store—and this is coming from someone with a breathing problem. The gas station could use some cleanup work and updating on the outside, but the prices were pretty good.”
