Bathroom was clean Coffee was pretty fresh But The other reviews are almost correct ( although I strongly disagree with the other reviewer’s use of the term “price gouging “ I suggest if possible you avoid buying Gas in Franklin or Nearby Brentwood as it usually runs between 40 and 50 cents more per gallon than in Nashville city or other cities nearby. In my opinion this facility is better than all other similar competitors in the area. Kerosene is available”

We had to sleep in the truck over night, and the morning shift worker came and checked on us and made sure we were okay. Very caring people, which you don't see often. “Tonight I went into 7/11 as I often do, to get a few items. However this afternoon was different, I had the pleasure of meeting a very positive, smiling, welcoming & extremely attentive young man. I believe his name was DJ. He made me feel very welcomed extremely complimenting & he also suggested items witch is rare. Nonetheless, customer service is down and not everyone has it but this young man did a phenomenal job & actually looked like he appreciated and wanted to be at his job.
