Saturday we went fir labs, it was then discovered the name and orders belong to another patient. The service was so great she looked up the correct lab orders and we were seen immediately. That was going above the call of duty. Empowering herself to go the extra mile for my granddaughter. I sure wish I had her name. You know who you are thank you for a job well done.”
