His name was Jason or Jacob, and he had dirty blonde hair. He was so patient with me which meant SO much, especially since I was frazzled with hail + downpour rain on top of making my brother late to practice. It seriously changed the tone of my evening. The young woman and the pharmacist went out of their way making calls to other pharmacist and corporate to get me taken care of. They told me they would call me within a few days which they did and I got my flu shot. This was in the fall, I was able to get my flu shot from then before the VA even had any.”
