“I flew into town for a family emergency and right away I had a painful abscess. My sister’s dentist, Riversbend Dental, fitted me in right away. I received excellent care from every person I encountered. Dr. Mahon and Jess were very nice and after having a root canal and crown, I no longer had any pain. They were most accommodating and I was impressed by how well they worked together. It was very reassuring. Later I met Jessica and she cleaned my teeth and I’ve never had such a good cleaning. Everyone was so friendly starting with the receptionist and ending with the checkout person who answered all of my questions. I’m planning on going back in a few weeks to complete treatment on a few other areas.”

She is amazing with kids that have a fear of the dentist (as most do) She takes her time and makes sure they are comfortable. “I had a wisdom tooth emergency recently and Sharon at the front desk immediately booked me for a consultation with Dr. Lee. The whole process from consultation to the procedure and post follow-up has been great. The staff are friendly and helpful (esp. Fernanda) and Dr. Ryan Lee is gentle, kind and obviously very skilled at what he does as my surgery was a bit more complex than a normal wisdom tooth extraction. My insurance did not apply here and yet, I was given a very reasonable cash offer for this procedure. I feel everyone at this office cares about their customers and they are willing to work with you in case you don't have insurance or the right insurance, etc. Highly recommend!”

“I’ve been going to Ideal Dental for about a year now. I don’t go that often, just every 6 months for my routine exam and cleanings. The front desk people are very pleasant and check-in is easy. They took me to the back about 10 minutes after my appointment time, but I didn’t really mind because I showed up around 15 minutes early. The doctor was very nice as well, very brief with his exam and explained that I had mild inflammation around my gums. He suggested to do an irrigation so my gums could be flushed out. I appreciate the lady who took my x-rays immediately got the doctor in for my exam. Some places I’ve had to wait forever it seems like. The hygienist Michael was very good too. Not much to say about him because we didn’t really talk, but he knew what he was doing, so that’s always good. I really appreciated that the receptionist came back and told me the estimate I would be paying for the suggested treatment plans, since my insurance did not cover some things. Overall, I really like Ideal Dental and don’t have anything negative to say. Everything was done in a timely manner and everyone was great at their job!”
