“My husband has a serious fear of needles especially when associated with dental work. He needed 3 teeth extracted at an emergency notice. Within 24 hours the doctor at this office Dr Kassim got him in as a new patient. This DR. and his wonderful assistant, were so kind and gentle. They explained everything along the way, stopping to ensure he was as comfortable as possible . For 2 hours they eased him through the extractions. I couldn’t believe how great they were. The Dr treated his staff with respect and you could tell the environment was a peaceful one. It was just such a positive experience I can’t emphasize that enough! We need more dentist like DR Kassim that actually care for their patients. Thank you again DR. And staff !!!”

Dr. Hsiao did a thorough examination of the infected tooth and spent a significant amount of time explaining all of my options Dr. Hsiao wanted to be sure I was aware of the pros and cons for all of the options presented.
