I took my 23 month daughter for her first appointment and each person (front staff, hygienist, and Dr Hiradate) was very warm, cheerful and made us feel very welcome. The front desk board even had a welcome sign with my daughters name on it! There were charming details throughout (like the tooth fairy house, no cavity club certificate, good job/reward toy). Something that could be scary for kids was turned into a charming experience. Dr H was very knowledgeable and took great care of us. My daughter had the best teeth cleaning and walked out a happy camper.”
