Unfortunately they don't allow online bill pay, so any balance you may have will need to be fixed the old fashioned way (pre 1995) - in person, mail with stamp, or over the phone. They sent electronic forms that were easy to fill out on my phone, that asked pertinent information, and that they actually seemed to have reviewed before I arrived! They anticipated my arrival and didn't ask for any information I'd already provided, then I didn't even wait two minutes to go back for my visit. They made my time feel valued and I cannot think of any other health provider's office I've ever been to that seemed to have the level of consideration I received here. The hygienist and Dr. Klein were both excellent! They performed the preventive screenings without extra charge, like my previous dentists' offices did, and easily booked my next appointment. “Dr. Reddy is my family life's saver. My family moved from another state to Texas two years ago. We first visited a pediatric dentist that was recommended by my neighbors who has a state-of-the-art clinic in the area. So we saw Dr. Reddy for 2nd opinion and was told that the treatment was not necessary at that time. Also, Dr. Reddy is very caring. He treats his patients not just like a regular customer.
