“This office is more pleasant then others dentistry office. Yes, they do strap your kids down like some of the reviews mentioned, but only when your kids are not staying still. My daughter been strapped down when she was younger, around 4 years old, it’s for her safety. We are talking about medical instruments here that can cut and bleed the gum if your kids don’t stay put. So stop the whining, people. We been going to dr Olivia’s office for over 13 years and counting, except for one year we had insurance they did not accept...that office was a nightmare. I am in no relation with dr ovilia’s or her office.”
