“I was so nervous about getting a root canal, but Dr. Schindler, Colin who assisted her, and the entire staff at Sundance put me at ease. Everyone was personable, professional, respectful of me and each other. The atmosphere in the office and treatment rooms was calm and, well . . . happy. Yes, happy is the best word to describe the vibe of this place, and it made me feel happy the whole time I was there. Dr. Schindler’s skill and the high tech tools she utilized made it possible for me to actually relax during the root canal! Even the process of numbing the area was less invasive and more effective than any I've experienced before. The gentle wave technology is amazing. Having music of my choice available was a nice touch. After the procedure, Colin clearly explained what to look out for, assured me I could reach out to them if I had any post-op questions or concerns, and how to take care of the area until I had permanent crowns in place. He even called the next day and left a voice message making sure I was ok. I drove from Tucson to Peoria to have my tooth repaired and it was so worth the drive; I would absolutely do it again! She has mastered the perfect blend of medical expertise and bedside manner, and her genuine concern for others is shared by the entire staff. “Ive been a patient of Dr. Porter for over ten years and have always received excellent care at a very reasonable price. I once had a terribly painful tooth that kept me up all Friday night. I called Doc the following morning thinking he might call me in a prescription to get me through the weekend. Instead he met me at his office in an hour and preformed a root canal that gave me great relief. For that Ill always be grateful. Dr.Porter's staff is also terrific. Joann has been the receptionist for many years and is always cheerful and glad to see you. Veronica is Doc's assistant and is not only competent and efficient, she is compassionate and as friendly as can be. If you are looking for no frills excellent dental care at a fair price, Dr. Porter is your man.”

“I had unbearable tooth ache pain all throughout the night. No sleep and even the pain injections I received didn’t do anything. I called at around 8:00 in the morning asking if they had any last minute openings and they accommodated that quickly. I got there at 8:30 and was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. Clean, organized, honestly beautiful place. The Receptionist (who for the life of me can’t remember her name) was so sweet. She was empathetic of my pain, kind and patient. Once I got there within and hour and a half I had a consult, X-ray, numbed, and a root canal. They explained everything and my options thoroughly, they were so kind and honestly it’s the best experience I’ve had. 100% reccomend coming here if your insurance provider works for them.”
