My teenage daughter had a first visit with Dr. Flores of Rockland Pediatric Dental this week. Fabulous! It was an incredibly pleasant, welcoming and warm experience. Everyone, from the receptionist who was attentive and helpful, to the dentist and his assistant, was very patient, informative, friendly and competent. Dr. Flores explained every step of every procedure along with the 'why.' He discussed nutrition and provided advice and tips on better dental health. “Our daughter is 7yrs old and so far as had a great experience so far. We have only had a couple of appointments so far b/c they are waiting some teeth come in a little more. They aren’t rushing her treatment, which is great. Our daughter was beyond thrilled when the one lady wrote her note that she received in the mail. Update: our daughter is now 8yrs old and has had her expander in almost one month. Everything has gone really well. The day she had it put in they took their time explaining to me how to turn her key. A couple of days after she had it put in, she said it moving. I called the office, they had her come in same day and fixed the issue. They have a great reward system to encourage the kids to take care of their teeth and whatever hardware they have in their mouth. Our daughter always makes sure she has her reward card with her when we go as well as wearing her tshirt. We never have to wait long in the waiting room, however they can find the whole family playing in the arcade. If you want your kid to be excited about to the orthodontist and have no trauma. This is the place.”

“Dr. Guller was wonderful in explaining the entire process of my new implant -- but most importantly, he was gentle, efficient and professional. He and his fabulous assistant (sorry, can't recall her name) were thoughtful throughout, asking if I felt any pain, even dampening my dried-out lips during the procedure so I wouldn't feel uncomfortable. He took so much care in fitting me with my temporary appliance and explaining everything to come. Highly recommended!!!”

“I’ve been with Dr. Grizzaffi since he started in practice at another location. I have a dental phobia and had IV sedation for 20 years. While I still would need it for a complicated procedure, I’ve been able to “graduate” to Nitrous and headphones with him. He is extremely gentle and caring, and his staff is as well. The wait is never more than 5 minutes, and everyone I’ve encountered in the office has always been friendly and personable. I have had two appointments now for fillings as well as a cleaning, and Dr. Khani’s genuine and friendly demeanor put me at ease immediately. “Where do I begin? I could go on and on about how wonderful this office is! Most importantly Dr.Kelly So I will try to keep it short as possible! It has been a number of years since I have been to a dentist, finally I got new insurance and they were an office close by accepting. From the moment I called to make an appointment the staff was very easy and pleasant to talk too. I walked in nervous but Dr.Kelly knocked me off my feet with how Honest he is and all of his qualifications! Not to mention when he comes in to talk to you- he talks to you, he doesn’t rush. He listens He treats you like you’ve been old friends for a while and truly cares about your best interest. I have this tooth that broke when I was 7yrs old and over the years many dentist have rebounded it. So it has seen good and bad days something that has made me self conscious. Dr. Kelly talked to me extensively about my options- we decided to rebound it and OH MY WORD!!! It looks phenomenal and every bit of perfect. I thought I was done and thought how beautiful it was but he said not good enough I can do better and took the time to perfect it! If that doesn’t show you how much he cares then hunny good luck!!! One last moment to say Kayla was the dental assistant working with him each time I’ve gone in and she too is just a sweet doll!”
