Dr. McKee relieved my anxiety of a chipped front tooth and effectively “patched” me up!! I couldn’t be more pleased! Also, the dental assistant (forgive me for not knowing her name), is super kind and worked intuitively with Dr. McKee. Such a super team!! 🤗 Last but not least, I cannot leave out Gwen working the front desk. Bless her heart! 😍 As the lights were being cut off and the staff were leaving for the day, she extended patience and understanding processing my transaction. “The location might appear to be "undesirable" to some but give it a chance. It's easy accessable from 30 and East Grand though parking is tricky. I really appreciated that they were open on Saturdays so that my kids don't have to miss school and when a dental emergency comes up on the weekend, no one has to be in pain. None of our previous offices were open on the weekend. The office itself is very clean, updated and spacious. Covid protocols were being followed so we waited in the car until we could go inside. The staff is amazing. There was a mix up regarding our appointment and they handled it so we'll, they really did go above and beyond to make us happy. They apologized for the wait multiple times but it really wasn't that long of a wait. The dental assistants were awesome with my kids. My oldest has some dental trauma anxiety from a local franchise and isn't always the easiest kid to do x-rays and exams but the staff was so kind and caring that it helped ease her anxieties. The doctor was great too. He explained everything that he was going to do to me and to my kids! He showed me where they needed help and was very kind. This office is great! Give them a try and you will see for yourself!”
