“Dr. Gloria is so extraordinary, you can consider yourself lucky and very fortunate to be her patient. She is by far the most amazing dentist/specialist I’ve ever been to. I absolutely adore Dr. Johnson in Killeen at Fusion Dental, but my case was far too complex and I needed a specialist. Dr. Johnson was generous enough to send me to Dr. Gloria Torres because he knew she was awesome. With an overbite and crossbite, we had much work to do. After numerous surgeries, healing, casts, procedures, implants, more surgery, etcetera, I have lovely teeth and a lovely smile. Dr. Gloria is always fair about pricing and such a perfectionist. I have always felt like I was her only patient. She’s bends over backwards to accommodate my busy life and commute. Even when I had to bring our baby when my husband was on business trips. She really tried to work around my obstacles. The staff was so good to my daughter while I was getting work done. I didn’t make a habit of this, but when I had no options, they accomodated me. I can’t ever thank her enough for all of her hard work and the nights she stayed late making sure everything was perfect. She even stayed late numerous times. Never did she complain. I love her and her staff. This is an incredible office to visit and she doesn’t ask much, you need to make your appointments and not cancel because she’s very busy, but in return, she will gladly give you all of her time and expertise. I adore her. Jackie is a fanrastic assistant, Victoria is great and has assisted as well. The front staff are wonderful, they answered my emails, messages, they do everything to make sure you’re comfortable and taken care of. Dr. Gloria had to replace, redo, and reconstruct the complete mess that Dr. Fossum (Harker Heights), made of several teeth. Crowns that were not seated properly, a tooth that broke at the baseline after they did a horrific crown with NO post that broke. This cost me tens of thousands of dollars. ($30k) This wasn’t an easy case for Dr. Gloria. If you’re looking for a specialist to do implants, or mouth reconstruction, fix a painful cross bite or overbites, Dr. Gloria does amazing work. She does implants, she lengthened my roots on two of my teeth, she covered a dark area on a tooth so it wouldn’t show. She was the first dentist to EVER look at my whole mouth to attempt to correct the problems. She preformed gum surgery to fix an indentation in my front gumline. The list is so long of all of the procedures this gifted specialist provided. I can’t ever thank her enough. I’ve also seen Dr. Craig Torres, as I needed a root canal. He’s also ruled out two root canals, thus saving me a lot of money. It was a TMJ issue and he addressed it. He’s patient, kind, and wonderful. Extremely knowledgable in his specialty, and I’ve referred my husband and others to him. I’m very thankful for this speciality clinic and all of the loving professional care I’ve received. I feel like I absolutely got my money’s worth and I have a beautiful smile now. Trust the best when it comes to your teeth. It is so important and makes life so much better. No more retainers! Both of these specialist deserve five stars. I’ve been provided with excellent care.”

“I went in and received a friendly greeting. After a short wait I was led to a room where I would spend the next two hours. Nice music, friendly conversation (Hillary was great). I almost fell asleep at one point... No, I'm not talking about a day spa, I'm talking about my two hour deep scale cleaning at Williamsburg Periodontics. Normally I am terrified of getting dental work done, and when I pulled into the parking lot my stomach was in knots. But by the end I was feeling relaxed. “Dr. Argenta is an AMAZING dentist!!! Prior to seeing Dr. Argenta I was going to a dental office that seems to care more about making sales than the patients actual needs. I was not comfortable and felt suspicious with the amount of work they were saying that I needed and I wanted a second opinion. I was recommended by a close friend who I trust, to see Dr. Argenta. I was so happy that she referred me to him. I went in for an exam, and sitting in his chair I was already feeling very comfortable with him. He was very thorough, explained everything that he was doing, and he went over my x-rays in full detail of what treatment needs to be done and where. I could already tell he was a very honest dentist and felt that I can trust him. A crown on one of my top molars had chipped, and I had a small piece of a tooth left in its place, which needed to be extracted. It was a prior root canal, and the crown broke a couple times, and had to get redone a couple times. Just a really bad tooth that I have had problems with for years. He went over all of my options and I decided that a dental implant was the way to go for me since this had been a problem tooth of mine for years. As frightened as I was of the implant process it went very smooth. The whole process took less than a year to complete. Dr. Argenta made the whole process painless, and each time he was working on my tooth he would constantly ask if I am doing ok. He has great bedside manner, after each appointment he would follow up to check how my tooth area was feeling. You can really tell that he cares about his patients, and he takes pride in his work. With my experience dentists like him are hard to find. I got my tooth put in last week, and I am so happy with how my new tooth implant looks and feels. He did such a great job. Dr. Argenta is a very trust worthy dentist and I will only trust him to work on my teeth from now on. I highly recommend Dr. Argenta for all your dental needs, he is truly amazing!!!! “I was introduced to Mypractice9 about a month ago. Roberto, one of their sales reps, came into my office and demonstrated how their platform works. Their platform has allowed me to keep my patients in house for specialty treatments thus allowing me to participate in additional treatment revenue. That however led to a concern on billing but they were able to work with me and showed me exactly how to properly bill those cases. Some minor improvements on the site I recommended, but other than that, give them a shot!”
