Assistants and hygienists are friendly and explain the procedures in "layman's terms" so you know exactly what is being done and what the results mean. I am not typically a fan of doctors as many come across very curt and uncaring. Dr. Moon, however, is amazing. He is caring, gentle, and funny. He listened to all my concerns, explained what procedures are a priority, why they are a priority and set me up with a plan that would not break my wallet.
