“I have had Dr Yowell as well as Dr Buckbee as my dentist for years now. Dr Buckbee being the daughter not as long, but the apple didn’t fall far from the tree. I know them plus every staff member to be very friendly and efficient in patient dealing. Their chair side manner is soft spoken and patient with proper explanation at each step along the procedure and that is very assuring to me the patient. I feel I am part of the decision process and I appreciate that. I experienced an overheard conversation Dr Yowell was having with a young patient he was about to treat as I walked by a cubicle. They were enjoying the conversation with much laughter and I knew that young patient was very much at ease. I was impressed as I know there could easily be much concern on their part and Dr Yowell have everything under control. A very good touch by not only Dr Yowell but also Dr Buckbee and the entire staff. I’m always greeted with a cheerful hello when entering and it continues throughout the procedures. I’ve have a little bit of everything done over the years including implants and I heartily recommend Dr Yowell as your family dentist.”

They took the time to explain the details of my 13 year old son's options and braces to him. They patiently answered all his questions in a way that he felt both heard and listened to. Sue, who has worked there for decades, was also so amazing to sit down with us and demonstrate all the possibilities that my son could see. “As an adult that needs braces and hates going to the dentist, RFO makes your orthodontics experience a very pleasant one. They're very informative about all the options they have and have answered every questions I asked them. They will discuss payment options that works with your budget as well. I've had my braces for 6 weeks now and the wire came off on one of my brackets through a fault of mine. I called and asked if I can walk in to get it fixed and they accommodated me instantly. The receptionist was very nice to tell me to come in and get it done ASAP. I was in and out within 10-15 minutes! Karina was very helpful and reassured me that these things do happen. I am very satisfied with their overall efficiency and professionalism. I'm happy that I decided to get my braces done with them😊”
