Jackie was a star in keeping up with check-ins and flexibly scheduling my visits. Both pleasant to speak to! But the real highlight? Dr. TJ's exceptional patient care and top-notch work, supported brilliantly by Heather. Recently, I visited Dr. TJ's office for a redo of some subpar fillings done by Bright Now. Throughout the procedure, Dr. TJ and Heather were fantastic, explaining every step, engaging in friendly chats, and being super attentive to what I needed. We even paused a few times so Dr. TJ could show me the progress and make sure I was pleased with how it looked. Now, my front teeth look amazing! I'm smiling with confidence - something I hesitated to do before due to Bright Now's lackluster work. This was, hands down, the most positive dentist appointment experience I've ever had, and I'm actually looking forward to more work for an even better smile. “Best dentist my husband and I have ever had, no contest. Dr. R is so personable, honest, and truly wanting the best for all of his patients. When our insurance kept denying our claim, he personally appealed the state insurance board to try and get it covered. When that didn’t work out (through no fault of Maven S.D.), our budget was tighter than anticipated and I wanted to cancel our future appointments to save money. Dr. R was so understanding but strongly encouraged keeping the appointment to ensure the issues we were working on didn’t progress to a more damaging state. He even downgraded the appointment to a lower level of service to get the insurance to cover it while still being able to see us and advise on the best next steps to keep us healthy in the long term. Seriously blown away by everyone’s kindness in this office. They sincerely want the best for YOU, the patient, and not what will put the most money in their pockets. Dr. R also sent this adorable “thank you” card. We have 4 snakes and a 4 pound chihuahua and he remembered to include it in his note. So sweet! We’re patients for life.”
