“Our dryer outlet was not working after a awful thunderstorm. Ken checked the panel and didn’t see any problems there then began to investigate the wire from the panel to the outlet. He discovered a lot of charring where it had arched. Ended up having to replace the whole wire but was great.”

He found the issue and fixed the problem within 30 minutes and was gone. I was well pleased with his fast response and very friendly attitude and personality. I had an old bathroom needing a complete remodel which also included removing a window from the shower and removing a closet from the hall to make the room larger. The team did this plus a to the stud removal and installation of new, exactly on budget under 3 weeks as planned. Chris is super accommodating and had great insights on selection of tile/hardware etc to match our styles. Lastly they also were great about trapping in the mess as best as possible and cleaned up every day. (Based on my own experiences of demo and construction)”

At the time of this review we are still feeling the effects of COVID-19 from supply shortages the high material prices. Jerry went out of his way to make sure I got everything I needed and some things I didn't even know I needed to properly prep for the transition to a house that runs on batteries. They banged a big job out in 2 days and made the process very easy for me. I also didn't get price gouged. My first quote was outrageous and some other company was about to take advantage of my situation. My plumber recommended me to this company and I couldn't be happier with the entire process.
