“Let me start by saying I’ve never owned a Cb before, first time I stopped in at raccoons shop it was really busy and there was over an hour wait so I left and came back, the second time caught him, he was slower which was perfect because I wanted to talk to him and I had a bunch of questions. Raccoon really knows his stuff, he is super helpful very knowledgeable and an absolute professional throughout the whole process. He tuned and peach my radio which is a “Cobra 29LTD Chrome” and he installed my coax and antenna. He then tuned my antenna. In the last week I’ve spoken to people in California, North Carolina, Maryland, New York (skip) and all over Tampa Bay. Would highly recommend raccoon and I will be back, as a lifelong customer.
