“I took my FJ Cruiser to Trax for a 3" suspension lift, 17" wheels, 33" tires, and new running boards. When I walked in the door, I had a basic idea of what I wanted but really didn't have any specific ideas with regard to style of wheels, tires, etc. Ryan was extremely helpful and patient. He gave honest opinions and after listening to a description of what I wanted he literally pulled up the perfect set of wheels on his first attempt. Then we moved to tires, where once again he nailed it on the first attempt to show me a set of tires. He asked great questions about what I wanted to do with the vehicle and then suggested the right suspension. After all that was set, I mentioned that I didn't like my existing running boards, so once again he asked a few questions about what I needed and then pulled up the perfect set of running boards online. He quoted a price that stayed within my price range and set a date for the work to be completed. I was so impressed with the quality of work, along with the fact that they stuck to the original price quote and timeline. They did exactly what they said they would do, for the price they said they would do it, and finished it on time. I HIGHLY recommend Ryan and his team at Trax Customs.”

“I took my D'Angelico guitar to Kevin to get it set up as the action was way too high making it not so fun to play anymore. Kevin is very detailed and thorough, explaining the entire process. He did a fantastic job lowering the action and adjusting the truss rod to make the guitar 100% more playable. It sounds beautiful and I really enjoy playing it again now. After talking with Kevin, he is very knowledgeable about acoustic guitars and how to truly customize a guitar built for the individual. Being a hardwood person myself, I enjoyed hearing his extensive knowledge on the sound characteristics of each wood type. “If i had a choice, and I do, between O'Reilly's and Auto Zone, it would be O'Reilly's every time. The majority of the folks that I have dealt with here are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have had one ot two that just seemed to be put out by my requests, but they could have just been having a bad day. This last time, I went in to have a check engine light come on and asked of they could test it. The guy agreed and had a code in less than a minute. When he came out and I turned on the vehicle he said it smelled like I was running rich and he eas pretty much right on the money. I asked if we could go in and find out what a new O2 sensor would run me and he gave me a quote, but said it was about the price that a "shop" would charge me. I was a little shocked that he didn't try to sell me the part, but if they didn't want my money I could take it somewhere else.”
