“Multimedia Solutions wired my house when it was built 4 years go. I have had no issues at all with anything until I plugged a Smart TV into a network port I had not used before. I spend hours trying to figure out why the TV would not connect to the network before purchasing a testing device that indicated the cable feeding it was cross-wired. Since their trucks are regularly in my neighborhood, I called and asked if someone could drop by and re-terminate the CAT6 cable (15 minute job). They said it had been too long since they did the work (out of warranty) and that it would be $185 for a service call plus labor to fix the cable. So, although I have been happy with the installation overall, I am giving them them one star for not standing behind their work and fixing a defect they created. I understand they are under no obligation to help me, but it would have been so easy for them to keep this customer happy - they declined to do so. This is poor customer service. UPDATE: I connected with Dean from Multimedia Solutions as suggested and he is scheduling someone to come out and fix my problem. I am certainly willing to pay for the repair if it turns out it was not their workmanship that caused it. Everyone deserves a second chance and other than this bump in the road, I have been very happy with the initial work they did to wire my home. Well done.”

Mrs. Althouse tried many different methods and approaches & finally it clicked. I appreciate that she has a wealth of knowledge to pull from to guide her students. I also enjoy that she teaches each of my children differently. She recognizes what they enjoy about piano & incorporates that in their weekly lessons. When I asked my daughter what she enjoyed about lessons, she shared that Mrs. Althouse makes it really easy to learn piano. She also enjoyed hearing about what former students said about the pieces. My son said he enjoys how she plays the pieces with them & that she teaches them one step at a time. I highly recommend Mrs. Althouse for piano lessons. She is a phenomenal teacher!”
