When I got it from a friend the strings we so high it was very difficult to play, I couldn't do a clear bar chord for the life of me. Stephen was fantastic answering our questions and giving us a very detailed estimate so we would not have any surprises on the final bill. He also helped us select the appropriate technology and he explained why and how every single piece would accomplish what we wanted from it. Stephen had all of it ordered and ready to install on the date he gave us, so we were appreciative that he coordinated everything to meet the deadline. Jesse and his team were outstanding in their in-home installation. They arrived when expected and immediately got to work. They did not leave until everything was in working order and all of our questions were answered. They demonstrated how to use the equipment and spoke to us on a level that we could understand, which is rather basic. Every single member of the MDB team is always more than willing to answer questions and assist in any way.
