“The amount of support and care I've received from the Staples employee, Stephen, made my experience worthwhile. It was 8:20pm and the Staples closed at 9pm. I frantically called them up and hoped their printing services would still be open, as I desperately needed some papers printed for an in-person meeting and I never utilized Staples for their printing services. I didn't know what I needed to print out these papers, so Stephen on the phone instructed me. Luckily, they were open and I rushed over there as fast as I could. I get there at 8:40pm and Stephen was extremely kind, patient, and helpful during this process. I was a bit nervous about printing out these papers, but his experience and knowledge of the tools really shined through. He walked me through step by step of what to do. When I first printed out a test page, I didn't like how the page looked and Stephen actually helped me FIX the file to ensure I was fitting the 11x17 page properly. I was in awe by his kindness. I then was able to print out my papers and be out of the store before they closed. Thank you so much Stephen!”

“This is a long overdue (September 28, 2021) review regarding stellar customer service I received when purchasing a replacement receiver for my ceiling fan. From the pictures and descriptions, I could not determine if the product I viewed online was indeed the product that met the specifications of the receiver needed to repair a ceiling fan, so I opted to call, expecting to hear a recording. After the initial message, a representative (Eric?) was soon on the line. Within moments though, the call was dropped. I immediately called back on my home phone. While listening through the initial message again, a call came to my cell phone, which read the number as spam and silenced the call. I glanced at my phone and realized that it was Dan's Electronics attempting to reach me through the cell phone. At that point, the call made on the home phone made it through to the company. Eric was patient with me while I climbed a ladder to describe to him the number and color of wires in the receiver, still attached to the fan. In addition to Eric's confirmation of the correct receiver to repair my fan, I was mildly surprised that he called back after the dropped call. Thank you for a quality product and excellent customer service.”
