“The car we brought in had front end damage and needed signifiant repairs all around the front end and side panels. When I went in for my quote, he surveyed the damage and patiently explained what needed to be done and answered all of my questions. I left without feeling any pressure to make a decision that day. I did get a few other quotes and I must say the cost were comparable with a few being higher. What made me chose them was the excellent customer service, their honesty and constant and consistent communication. Jesse and his staff kept me apprised to what was going on daily and any changes were communicated immediately. They even went above and beyond when they found small issues and took care of them. I must say I was not prepared for the finally product. I was blown away at the work done. The car essentially looked like it came off the lot. They even washed it!! When I went to pay I was sure the price was going to have changed drastically from the quote because of the things that came up (by the way they show and take pictures if something needs to be done that wasn’t discussed); to my surprise there were no up charges. From beginning to end Jesse and his staff were amazing, honest, respectful and courteous. We will definitely use their services again.”

Told me it would most likely be a quick fix within an hour and got me in as soon as i got there. No lines! Not only are the prices reasonable but it didnt even take them an hour to fix my phone! If i had taken it to the apple store it could have taken a week to fix not to mention at least twice what i ended up paying! So thankful for their hard work and diligence at this store! “From a check-in offer of 9:00 am via text (astounding!!) to a fabulous breakfast upon checkout, this was the nicest hotel stay I have had in many years. We had our dog with us so we anticipated a not-so-lovely room because most hotels have a certain floor for pets and it is almost always “less than”. My mind was blown. The room smelled heavenly and was very very clean. The vinyl flooring was awesome. Can’t believe all hotels are not on board with 86-ing carpet. Staff was friendly, elevators were cool, pool area very nice and other great amenities. I definitely recommend this hotel. I’ll be back. DO WATCH YOUR BILLING closely with this hotel. They charged me a higher price than they quoted me over the phone.”
