“I had a great experience with Dedicated Audio when I bought a CD player from the company over the internet. They patiently consulted with me by phone about what I was looking for and made thoughtful, informed suggestions -- helping me find a unit that worked well with my system and my budget. They then sent me the CD player promptly, in a secure triple box. Alas, when it arrived, it was defective and would skip no matter what CD I played. I called them about the problem and they sincerely apologized for the hassle. As it turns out, they did not have a replacement in stock for the unit I bought, but they worked with me to select a different brand. In fact, they helped me upgrade to an even nicer CD player with only a modest price leap. And they sent out the new CD player immediately, even before I had sent back the defective unit. I was very pleased with the new unit and how they handled what could have been an annoying situation. I’ll be buying more gear from this knowledgeable and friendly company.”

“You can’t go wrong with this place. There’s a lot of option for breakfast that you’ll be stuffed. I had French toast with Turkey sausage and I did not feel hungry until almost dinner time. I love how courteous the staffs are. Once you come in it’s “Welcome to Bob Evans!” They’re very friendly, the waitresses and waiters are super friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend—-it’s worth your money. Don’t let the food go to waste and don’t let it get to your waist as well. 😂”

She has inspired Jessi to play at a level that we never would have imagined 2 years ago and now she is playing a variety of music from classical to rock and especially loves playing blues. Bonnie has taught her improvisation as well as the fundamentals of sight reading. We have never had to ask Jessi to practice. She enjoys the piano so much, she just sits down and plays at least a little bit every day. We attribute Jessi’s level of interest to the way Bonnie teaches and interacts with her students. It was incredibly easy getting information about lessons and signing up. Mike has been great and shows that he has a true love of teaching and incredible compassion for kids. I myself am a drummer and have played for over 30 years. I am really impressed with Mike's approach and how he teaches. My daughter has progressed more in two months, than I did in two years taking lessons as a kid. My first instructor, when I was learning, left me bored and felt like all I was ever going to play were practice pads.
