“We have shopped at the Reno RC Willey store a number of times over the years, and always had good experiences, as well as appreciating the quality of the items that we bought. This was our first time shopping at the Henderson store. From the greeter on, we were treated well. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Vinnie was our sales representative for most of our shopping, and he was very helpful, and made this a very positive experience. We shopped with our decorator, and he was very helpful to her in finding what we wanted. With the exception of a few pieces of furniture that we brought with us, we pretty much furnished our whole home in one trip! I really dislike shopping, so for me to say that it was a positive experience is a big statement. After Vinnie helped us find everything we needed, we went to Carl for a Washer and Dryer. I had already researched and had it narrowed down to two models of washing machine, and knew which dryer I wanted. Carl listened to what I told him, and then asked me a couple of questions about use issues. From my own answers to those questions, I was able to very quickly decide on one model. We were in and out of the appliance department in less than 30 minutes. Thank you Vinnie and Carl!”

He couldn’t have done it without Wendy’s dedication and awesome teaching skills. Wendy is always passionate on her work and patient to her students. It's been a year and I am so grateful for the experience so far with the School. The instructor for my daughter was the perfect match, fun, encouraging, dynamic, creative, and always nurturing to promote practices at home. My daughter adores her teacher and she has made so much progress in one year playing such a delicate instrument. She recently gave our neighbors (an elderly couple) from the backyard a 20 min concert, including Allelujah, Ode to Joy, Gloria from Vivaldi, and Happy Birthday. Those moments were priceless for all of us.
