“On 2023-08-18 took our vehicle in for a tire rotation. Was informed they could not rotate the treads were below 4/32 ( in the yellow) headed home, pulled the paper work on the tires, called the tire manufacturer where a case was open for mileage warranty. Back to Sam’s club where Chris in the Tire center verified that the treads were low, called the manufacturer for the we opened and was going to give us a great price on the new tires, but there was an issue. What we were looking for was out of stock and they did not know when they would come in. All in all it was a great experience. Chris did a fantastic job. We did find the tires a another business location that was almost the same price.”

“Mannn When I tell you this place is AMAZING!!!! I would never go no where else. If I have a problem with my device I will be at AI’s. Yesterday I made a visit to this location due to the fact I was told that my new IPhone 14 pro screen was broke and I needed a new screen. When I arrived at the store a man came out and ask to take a look at my phone. I explained to him the situation of how my phone was placed on a laptop and the screen went out and after he asked for my phone , less than 2 minutes he returned me my phone with the screen fully working. I was told by three different locations that my phone had internal damage but this man was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what the problem was. He knew the exact two or three buttons of click to have my phone up and running. Outstanding work they do there and highly recommended.”

My anti-virus programs had been shut off without my knowledge & I couldn't get them back up & running; daily "updates" from unknown sources were locking down my computer for hours at a time ~ so I took it to Steve. For just $60 and an overnight stay, he deleted the problems, got the anti-virus protection back up & running, and cleaned out the computer which had gathered dirt & dust over the years (on the inside). He's great. He's personable, knows what he is doing, charges a fair rate for his services ~ gives you an estimate which sometimes comes in under what he first thought it would be, his establishment is clean & organized.
